Abstract: In this second of two talks, we will present a bijective proof of a general formula for the number of reduced factorizations of a permutation. This proof will be based on a refinement of the Lascoux-Sch\"utzenberger tree. Time permitting, we will discuss how this bijection relates to the Robinson-Schensted correspondence and other well-known combinatorial bijections.
